Shipping and Handling

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). The shipping methods available on all EV-7 orders depend on the item(s) being purchased and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered. Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

We strive to offer same day shipping on domestic orders (pending inventory availability and payment confirmation) if the order is received before 12:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. However, orders received after 12:00 PM EST may ship on the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please allow up to an additional week to processing/shipping time for orders placed during presale product releases.

Once your package leaves the EV-7 warehouse, a tracking number will be provided allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment. See UPS.com or USPS.com for further assistance.

Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping and Handling costs are dependent on the weight of the item(s) on your order, the shipping method you select, and the delivery destination. Your total shipping and handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore the total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart.

Military Shipping

We ship to APO addresses. When filling out your address at checkout, if our website does not accept your address, please put the APO address in the order comment box (above the place order button) and we will update the address for you.

International Shipping

We ship our products to most countries. Shipping rates and fees will apply at checkout. We want to ensure our international customers understand shipments may be subject to additional taxes and duties from Customs, which are not calculated into your shipping costs from EV-7. The total listed at checkout is the final cost collected by EV-7. You may be charged additional fees by Customs once the package enters your country.

In most cases, orders shipping internationally deliver within 14-20 business days. Tracking updates can take 2-4 business days to become active.

Other Shipping Information

If you are a wholesale vendor and you have provided EV-7 with your UPS account number, shipping will appear as "Free" in the checkout process; however, your UPS account will be charged for shipping.
